Todays Young Eagle event was outstanding. In my memory the previous Chapter 90 record was 42 kids flown in one day. Today the official count was 83! Outstanding job to everyone who participated. YOUNG EAGLES FLIGHT RALLY

Area young people ages 8-17 who have never flown in a small airplane will have a chance to take to the skies on Saturday, March 14, 2009, as Experimental Aircraft Association’s (EAA) Chapter 90 hosts a Young Eagle Flight Rally at Oakdale Airport.

Progress is being made on our His and Hers bathrooms behind the Chapter Hangar!
After our December EAA Meeting one thing was very clear. We are going to have a great year in 2009. The rain foiled our plans for framing the restroom so we gathered in the hangar and “brainstormed” for next year. Those present listened as I unveiled my hopes for the next few years at Chapter [...]
Chapter 90 is has made many improvements to Oakdale Municipal Airport (O27). The latest are laying the foundation for a new public toilet located behind the Chapter 90 hangar.
Members of Chapter 90 also repainted the lettering on the old, closed south taxiway to help identify our airport from the air.
